General: (continued) - No Republic at War required: We launcher offers the possibility to download the latest version Republic at War even if you have not installed it. - Silent Mode: You can start Republic at War simply by starting the launcher in silent Mode. Especially for Steam users this will be handy as you do not need to edit the launch-settings yourself - Automatic check for Updates: By starting up the launcher (also in silent mode) it checks if there is a new version available and will inform you. - Any Version: No matter which version you have (except 1.1) the launcher handles each version. - Structured UI: Functions are separated into a group of five tabs. We will explain each in detail now. Play-Tab: - Start the Mod - Organize Online games: We offer you an quick-access link to our Online-Game-Organizer. Also you can simply see from the Launcher, how many games are scheduled at the moment. - Defreeze Save-Games: Many users got troubles when playing the game for too long that units can not be selected any more in battle. Thanks to Fregge and SmallPox(TR) for the solution, we integrated their tool into the launcher. - Silen Mode Enable: By toggling a Checkbox you enable or disable the silent mode of the launcher. If you ever want to disable it after you have closed the launcher, just press 'Shift'-Key on startup. Check-Tab: - Patch Games: You can Patch the Empire at War and Forces of Corruption the the latest Lucasatrs patch, including the RAM- and Lobby-FIX. NOTE: This will not apply 1.5/1.1 Patch for the Games. - Check Version: The laucnher will perform a detailed Check of the current installation of Republic at War and will give information what and where issues are. - Online/Offline: At the first check of your version it will pull data from our servers so you can check your version, even if you do not have an Internet connection.
